Bitstreamanimation.com / Customintros.com, keeps customers money and does not answer emails

This company, http://www.bitstreamanimation.com / aka http://www.customintros.com / advertised on avsforum.com and promised to send a DVD to all of it's paying customers.in case this guy decides to start up another business, I'm just giving all of you a heads up.
