Was to make me a website, its been 8 months and I have nothing Internet

I had a contract with Animation studios to make a website for me. I sent them the money in March and I have nothing but a unfinished home page after 8 months. I have tried to get my money back 4 times with no luck. They won't return my calls or email. I lost $1500 to these SCAMMERS and I want justice.
