Dell shipping Ripoff

I had ordered a replacement screen kit for a Dell Inspiron 9200 and requested that it be delivered 2nd day Air, UPS. Well, Dell shipped it 2nd day, DHL. And predictably, DHL, which does NOT service the area in which I live/work, dumped it off at the local Post Office 180 miles away! Need less to say, I will be lucky to get in in a week. When I requested 2nd day. Don't worry, it goes downhill from here.

The sad thing is, everything we've orderd from Dell has been requested to be shipped UPS and Dell has always shipped our orders DHL, against our wishes. And so far hasn't reimbursed us for shipping charges either.

I have tried to deal with customer support (read: India). They are a joke. I either get hung up on or told that they can't do anything about it (such as reinbursing us for shipping costs) OR get someone who is VERY hard to understand. Their customer support is abyssmal. If the company I work for treated my customers that way, we wouldn't be in business very long at all.
