Lately after talking to a friend I chose to examine my Cablevision statement. All my neighbors who'd the Cablevision web service and also the Cablevision Television wire service had started incorporating their "telephone support". Cablevision have been marketing their triple-play for over annually - 3 providers, telephone, web and wire support for $100 per month. I've experienced all 3 since April but I had been never provided the "triple-play offer" after I registered. I called Cablevision to ask easily registered before this offer was in effect of course if that was the situation why I had beennot provided it when it went into effect. The consultant would not tell me the start-date for triple-play but stated used to donot be eligible for it since I currently had two Cablevision providers. I understand this isn't accurate since all the neighbors I understood had equally Cablevision Television wire service and Cablevision online sites. I told the consultant that I experienced it was an extremely unjust exercise for current clients. I questioned why Cablevision had never revieiwed my bill. She subsequently stated consideration evaluation was a random intermittant exercise since Cablevision has way too many clients. I decided with that declaration because they possess a monopoly in my own region in NJ. Fios isn't available where I reside as this consultant was fast to inform me. She subsequently chose to evaluate my consideration and found I had been spending $20 per month a lot of for household wire providers (TV). Our criticism is the fact that I had been not provided this triple-play offer - I'm still unsure when it had been first provided whilst the consultant would not tell me. But I understand it had been wrongly marketed about the Television and that's illegal. It advertisements never stated the "deal" wasn't open to current clients who'd 2 providers and that I understand lots of people that has 2 providers and got this deal.in my own brain Cablevision owes me $540 for overcharging me for 1 5 years but still owes me $10 per month because they declined to provide me this triple-play offer and credit me retroactively due to their error. I really could not really keep in touch with a boss or supervisor. I've to attend 48-hours for you to contact me back. This simply displays since Cablevision includes a monoply and doesn't worry about looking after their current clients or around reasonable payment methods.
