HughesNet, fka direcway, has always been slow. We had to pay big bucks for a dish; then the "6000 modem" was no longer working and we had to upgrade to the 7000 modem. It never worked. They then want a cancellation fee. The folks in India do not have anywhere in their system the ability to issue a ticket number to return a modem. The billing department needs a ticket number or else they charge a cancellation fee. This is the biggest scam since Mr. Ponzi was alive.
