Rip-off Placed order on 12-02-02 unable to contact company. No phone # in N.Y. Fitz Floyd item never delivered emails get form letter for answer Vestal N.Y.internet

On 12-03-02 I ordered a Fitz/Floyd item from WTC and it has not been delivered. I have tried numerous times to contact the company but they only have an email address. All responses are automatic form letters, never a true response.

Telephone company has no record of Wildflowers Trading Company in New York State.

Dummy me placed a second order on 1-6-03 and used a credit card which I was able to cancel before charges were placed. If this a crook company why didn't they put thru charges to get the money?

Is it possible they are 8 weeks behind and only a mom/pop business that works only on line. Did their computer crash? What's going on with this company? I only want my item that I ordered!!!
