Cookie jar ordered in time for christmas delivery. No way to contact company except by email, and they did not respond even after 10 attemts to contact them. Credit card was charged immediately, no cookie jar delivered, no response from company. Line item on credit card reads Vestal, NY as city & state, but still unable to contact them. Will have to go through credit card company to withdraw funds from their account.
