Aren't they able to read or understand english? I bought and returned a Dell computer. There was some type of internet set up by Dell which I didn't use. Actually, the computer was such that I couldn't use it, so I returned it and got my money back.
Ages later, these people call me and tell me I owe money for an internet service I neither ordered nor used, and on a computer I did not buy!
