Unknown entitiy that charged on my c.C

MY c.C. Has a 'continuenece" charge by this company, I've never heard of them, and haven't been charged before. When I tried to call, they said that they are open only a few hours a day on a mid-west time zone. I looked it up on here, and saw others had been charged too...
