On Wed, Apr 23, I received my NEW Apple Mac Firewire or USB External 320GB hard
drive which I purchased through (eBay #140216612072). When I first hooked it up to my Mac, it showed up but wouldn't allow me to copy any files to it. I reinitialized it and then it
wouldn't show up on the menu. I tried it on a second Mac and then took it to work and showed it to my IT guy. We just can't get it to work.
I contacted the company and they issued an authorization to return it which I did. They did not refund my money or send a new hard drive.
I have been able to send e-mails to the sales department but they just say that they will let the Return Department know. But no one responds.
