I purchased a hard-drive from Clutch Auctions via E-Bay. When I discovered it was not compatible with my computer I returned the item and requested a refund. When several week passed and I did not receive a refund I sent a certified letter to Clutch Auction requesting the refund. I sent an email to Clutch Action sales and was informed that the refund department would be informed of my situation. I have not received an respond from Clutch to my certified letter or repeated emails. I have also left repeated voice mails without receiving any response. Clutch Auction owes me $129.99
