Purchased a portable usb 500 Gb hard drive which worked for a little more than a week. Sent in a request for a refund with a copy of the screen shot that showed the item was defective. Memory Labs ignored me - sent in another request and then they said it was older than 30 days and will not refund my money.
Their warranty is "90 DAYS WARRANTY FROM MEMORYLABS.com"
I once again firmly asked for my refund and provided them with the documentation that the device was defective. Yet they still refused to refund my money.
I believe that since I am out of state that I have no leverage over them and that I am out my money and therefore screwed without recourse.
Hopefully - you will avoid doing business with memory labs as they are not good people and will take your money and play you for a sucker and have no qualms about being disrespectful at the same time.
