Retard squad
My laptop has been in repair for 56 days with no end in sight. They keep repairing the wrong thing!!! When I call "customer care" they tell me basically " screw you we will finish when we finish". Should I take this to small claims court? I freelance and I lost two jobs because I didn't have a computer and I paying for internet that is not being used. Is there a law that a says that a computer service should be done in a resonable amount of time?
