I needed an online storage for all my backups on my computer and went online and found iDrive which is the sister of iBackup. They indicated that they were compatible with the iMAC. I then signed up with them and to my surprise, there were features that were not compatible with the iMAC. I contacted them and they told me that they are working on those features and it should be up and running soon. However, those were the features that I needed. I sent them an email cancelling my account with them.

In September I noticed that they had charge me a monthly fee twice if not three times. I contacted them and one person told me that they do not cancel membership over the phone or via email. I had to send them the email I received hoping that they would credit my card.

That didn't happened so I called again and spoke with the assistant supervisor who told me that by 9/12/08 I should see the credit of $10.64 in my account. That didn't happened and still hasn't happened. I would like them to credit my account. Please let me know if this can be resolved.
