My Husband and I also received a bill for $210.27 for services neither of us remember accessing. Apparently, they also installed this Trojan Horse Virus to our computer and we don't even HAVE long Distance, Never gave them our Phone #, Address, Name Etc.
From what I gather from THEIR Website and other complaints they get a hold of youe ANI which is your Billing phone number through your Internet Provider and that is how they get the Information to bill you.
I found it interesting that on Alyon's Website they have a section for "Permanently Blocked ANI's" I don't know about all of you but I want my ANI Permanently Blocked!!! What really makes me sad is that I got really mad at my husband because I thought he purposely downloaded this for Porn.
I feel sorry for all the poor spouses, and especially children that feel awful about this, but are actually the Victims in this Situation. I would feel AWFUL if I was a kid and this happened to me. How embarrasing for them.
My husband was SO embarassed he almost Died. Please continue to notify the Attorney Gen. Better Business Bureau, etc. And complain. I will NEVER agree to pay this BILL!!! Please do not pay these charges. The more people who do NOT pay the easier it is on all of us, because they cannot possibly have the Manpower to fight all of us.
