I was also bitten in the ASS by this cyber-bug from Hell. I opened their invoice Jan. 8 to find out I owed somebody I have never heard of $134.93 for "adult premium entertainment". It was due Jan 15th wanting a quick response before I could figure their "censored" out.
My 13-year old was on the Internet at the time, and complained about a barrage of pop-up ads, slow running and freeze-ups. They also would never have "consented" to anything $5.00 a minute, let alone porn. They do not have the capacity to enter into a contract like this, and certainly would not do so.
We later found their Trojan-horse download in our files, and deleted it. We blocked our number with Alyon, and have sent our certified letter to Alyon disputing these charges. I am filing complaints with anyone I can, and will pay Alyon only when they pry it from my stiff DEAD fingers...
