Delays, Excuses, Incompetence, Even Assign A New Team and Then Pull The Website Until Payment is Made. Now That's Fresh

We would like anyone considering and currently doing business with A2Z Site Solutions (http://www.a2zsitesolutions.com/) run by Ken Baxter to know what happened to us. We contracted with A2Z to create a relatively simple website. The first deadline was missed, causing us to miss a very large and public launch of the website. Then several other deadlines were missed, causing A2Z Site Solutions to finally fire its first design team and assign it to another team. Confident that finally the site would work, we waited another several weeks only to be completely ignored by A2Z Site Solutions until they shut the website down for not paying A2Z in full for a website that still doesn't work. We were given only excuse after excuse with no apology offered until finally we requested that the contents of the site be returned to us so that another website could re-create the site and integrate the system into a new website, or simply a refund of what we already paid A2Z. Both requests were denied. Now we have no other choice but to sue A2Z for access to the site or a refund. Warning do not do business with this Oregon-based firm!
