Hello, My mother passed away on 12/17. I was very depressed about it and decied to go online for support groups. I found a very interesting website called memory-of.com. Memory-of, is a memorial website that you can set up for people you have lost to death kinda like a myspace. There are three different of methods of payment. One methond is a free trail for a week, $94.95 for the website to remain forever or, $4.95 monthly until you reach $94.95. I set up the website in August 8 using the methond of payment to be deducted monthly for $4.95, but I noicted that they are still taking money from my account as of September 2. I contacted memory-of by email on 8/1/08 letting them know that they were still taken money from my bank account. I recevied an email from TODD, who is the customer support rep and he stated in the email that" I still need to pay $74.95 if I want the website for my mother to remain up forever, he also stated I had only paid $19.80". Since January. I sent TODD an email back telling him I checkded my bank account and I have proof that memory-of.com has taken to much money from me. He never answered my email. I have email everyday and not once has he emailed me back. I keep going on the webiste and sending emails saying I still need help solving this issue. Todd email me back in the begining of September claiming their systems were messed but never answered my question. I sent TODD another email stating I want to cancel my mother's website account and he finally answered back on 9/10 saying it's cancel. Todd NEVER answered my email about my bank account being deducted every month. This website is horrible!!! You can't contact them by phone and there is NO address to send anything to. How can he answer every other email but can answer the most important one. Also, Here is the account that they take the $4.95 from monthly checking accoount 8/19/410/0111/0112/31/22/013/34/015/016/28/01 in the amount $4.95.
