I cancelled my membership with Memory Lane 5 days ago. Almost immediately, they charged my account the regular monthly membership fee even tho I cancelled the membership and removed my credit card from their database (they must have kept the credit card number in spite of removing it). I have sent them an email and there has been no response.
Further, their website makes it VERY difficult to find a "contact us" place where you can file a complaint or get someone's attention.
I would advise anyone not to use them. They do not deal fairly.
