Ben Bohannon Sold Me a Defective Ink Cartridge, Would Not Give Refund, Played me Along for Months

I bought a cartridge from them last summer and when I went to install it, there was a problem and it wouldn't fit in my printer (this was later confirmed by a store that said there was a problem with the cartridge).

I called and explained my situation and I was told that a new cartridge would be sent to me and I could use the box to send the old one back. It never came. I called and was told it was on its way. It never came. I called and was told it was on its way. It never came. This continued for months. Every time I called I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who "just couldn't understand what had happened".

Finally, I needed to print some stuff so I bought a new cartridge in town. I continued to try and deal with someone named Ben Bohannon who claimed that if I sent the cartridge back, they would refund my money. So, I sent it back. Guess what? No refund and no more responses to my emails.

So, bottom line: I got ripped off for $65 by this company.

They have not improved and I would highly recommend that anyone who reads this purchase their printing products from another company.

Do not give click2ink your business. They are very likely to rip you off.
