On the 5th of November I purchased a Reseller Hosting account from Ehostpros.com at a ridiculous price of $6.99 monthly. To open a new account a client has to pay the amount of $20.97 through his PayPal account. That amount represents his first 3 months subscription. Normally most of the people paying online via PayPal, they do not take so much consideration whether he is paying only once or he is paying a subscription which is to be charged at regular interval. When nearing the expiry date of my subscription I received a notice which read like this:

Just copy the above link and paste onto your browser you will notice that it leads to a Monthly (not quarterly) subscription account.
Normally not so many people verify his credit card statement so often. If I did not verify my statement I could be easily cheated. When I discovered the flaw, in their billing system, they told me that I have willingly clicked on their link to pay them by myself. When I asked them for a refund they told me that it will be debited to my quarterly subscription account and they refused to adjust my online statement to reflect what I have paid. I have then closed every subscription account with PaYPal paying to EhosPros and at the end of the 5th August they disabled my account without sending me a deactivation notice, yet I am fully aware that my account is valid until 5th November
And now the problem with a cheap hosting account, I have to compensate my clients about $1000 for loss of business due to websites failure.
