I am filing this report to let everyone know that Ehostpros is a rip-off company who does not respond to their customer's billing inquires at all!
It's just a nightmare trying to get a refund. I signup for their service in April and May and cancelled their service in May.in May they surprisingly charged my another month of hosting fees.
I submit a ticket right away, then there is these agents who told me "We'll inform our admin about your inquire". 1 month, no reply, 2ed month, email them and updated the tickets. No reply. 3rd month, give them a warning, still no reply. NOw it's the 4th! My god!
Just do a search on Webhostingtalk.com, you'll see that lots of people have been ripped of by them! Here are some examples:

Their admins just ignore us! Just go check out their own forum! Tons of people are complaining about their sucky Customer Service! Their support might be ok, but it's just a nightmare dealing with the billing dep.
I did a paypal dispute, but the transaction is already over 120 days.
Random charging customer's account is the worst criminal as a business. That equals to stealing!
Please everyone learn from my experience, If you don;t believe me, go and buy 1 year hosting at their website, and asking for a refund, no one will even care about you!
If they continue treating their customers like crap and ignore their requests, their company is going to be done very soon.
