Debbie customer service wig not received, won't reship, i am out $91.00

I ordered a wig from this company. They say it was shipped priority mail on August 21st. I have not received the wig as of 9/2/08. I received the USPS tracking number from them and I used it. The package was scanned as arriving in in town and at the post office. It was scanned as having been delivered, but shows no address of delivery.

I sit at the front desk of the address where it was supposed to be delivered. I get the mail. I did NOT receive the wig. I am out over $90.00. They refuse to reship. The post office is diagonally across the street from my office. It is a small town and people know who I am. If my name is on a box, I will receive it. I did not receive it. No one in my office received it.

I hope this company goes out of business. I did not see this site before I ordered or I would not have ordered.
