I ordered almost $50 worth of Phish and Grateful Dead merchandise from this company on July 11th. I received a confirmation email on Jul. 12th saying they recieved my order and that my credit card would be charged $43.90. I did not receive a ship confirmation email. I emailed the company and called them twice but still have not received the merchandise. I then did a search on the internet for this company and found many, many complaints from other people. Please shut them down! They are bad people!
