Derek Zupancic is not a Doctor and does not have a PHD. He is a simple minded liar and a crook. I brought him my hard drive for data recovery and when I left his office I knew I made a huge mistake leaving it with him. First he charged me $300.00 in up front fees whcih I later found out is unheard of in the data recovery industry. After 2 weeks of his lies I found out he doesn't even do data recovery there but sends it out to another company. If you drive past his store keep going because he is not even worth the time. His office is a complete PIG STY. And check out his really crappy website that has not been updated in 5 years.
