Got sent an email, opened it, read, agree to anything. Now they tried to take $17.80 Twice in one Day

I opened my Email last week and opened 1 saying "you've Won". I had a look around the site andthat was it. I clicked a couple of buttons to read what it was about, but did not subcribe. I did get sucked into leaving my Mobile Number, thinking this can't hurt.

We'll I spoke to ANZ today and they explained there is 2 pending amounts of money coming out of you account, which were made the same day within minutes of each other. Both to the equal of $17.80 each. There's nothing the bank can do at this stage.

I have noticed a few other complaints about this one your site, however, I am only on a Pension. Please help, There seems to be no way of stopping them. They do not provide any Details about themselves, contacts, address, phone,
Nothing. Please help.
