I ordered contacts from this website. This website is a fraud. They are buying boxes of contacts and re-selling them as their own. The company that makes these are CoopverVision. I received the contacts in the mail and opened them up and on the package it said that they are not supose to be sold individually. WHy am i getting individually sold contacts? I open them up. They are ripped.
I emailed this company many times because on my receipt it said to email them with any problems so i did. No response for weeks. I look on their website and it says not to email. Why? That is weird.
So i caleld them.:" Hi, ive been trying to email you, i opened up my contacts and they were ripped" the man said " We cant do anything" I said " Yeah but i JUST opened them and they were ripped " The man started screaming " UGHHHHH, i dont care if they were opened a day ago a week ago or six years ago we cant do..!!!" and i hung up.
I have never been spoken to like that in my life. I would like my money back. But apparently i cant get it. Even though on my receipt it says to contact them if anything is wrrong? Very sketchy.
