We recently moved to an area that offers only satellite internet or dial-up internet. We signed up for Aol, reluctantly, then found Wild Blue. They advertised much faster speeds than we are receiving and after less than two weeks, we could not go online at all. It seams that after a small limited amount of download time, within a billing period, they do not allow any more use. When called they could care less. We have Direct TV and this company was recommended by direct TV and appear to be some kind of affiliate. I strongly suggest you deal with neither of these companies. They will offer no help or rebate or return, whats so ever. If you are stupid like we were, GOOD LUCK.
