I find it interesting to see the other reports about cyberdream.com. I had the same problem with them almost a year ago with an order for a video.
This site has an address listed in Florida and my sister works for the Secretary of State there. She did some checking for me after I saw all of your bad reports against this company.
I was not surprised to find that cyberdream, Inc. Dissolved on 8/23/1996, even though they are still doing business.
We then called the city of Kissimmee, where their site clearly states they are located, there is no business license issued for cyberdream either.
