I just received a call from my credit card company stating that I'm over my limit by $40.00. I asked about recent transactions and they told me that there was a charge for $44.85 on 9/30 from Acai-pure. This charge was only supposed to be $4.95 for the shipping. Product was supposed to be free. I've not received the product from this company, and they've charged my card $40.00 more than they were supposed to. I tried to call them and you can't hold for a live person nor can you leave a message. I've emailed them and there response was:
