I bought a 360xbox, got the confirmation, now the internet sight is gone, I GOT BURNED

I found an internet sight claiming they will sell you a xbox360 for 34.99. So i went next door, myneibor used his cridit card to bye it, I even tracked the package it sounded good. Untill i got up this morning looked for ther sight on the net and can't find it anywhere, so i tryed calling all i got is the machine, i got scamed
