Looking to update my drivers after a reinstall of my os. I fell right into Symplisit's drivermagic trap. Pulled in by their 100% money back guarantee I payed up. Not only does this drivermagic fail to upload it tells you that certain drivers that you know are up to date are out of date. I contacted their 'support team!' probably haven't got one at least not one that knows how to email you back. Tried to contact the company to ask them to honour their 100% money back guarantee again no reply. Strangely after my emails the drivermagic wouldn't load up and run? Don't know if they could actually turn it off their end. Just didn't have the will to reinstall and try again. Of course if all the manufactures made locating and installing updated drivers easyer 'take Nvidia so easy to do congrats to them' we wouldn't need the likes of Symplisit to rip us off. There are free updaters out there it's just finding them.'Try Radarsync' worked for me. So drivermagic is just money down the drain steer clear!!
