SymplisIT company that makes Driver Magic must be closed down. The internet is not a place to take money from customers, promising them refunds if not satisfied, only for them to find there is NO support whatsoever, and what appears to be support is part of the ripoff.
Furthermore, Driver Magic doesn't work properly. The huge hardware drivers base specified is simply a handful of the more easily obtainable updateable drivers only, like the video adapter, fax and mouse. It lists these same drivers over and over, plus some that are non compatable. Even after performing the update, the same appears again. Causes a lot of problems. Software updates don't even start to scan, although the scanner looks busy.
Tried to get a refund, but no matter which department I try, there is NO contact from them, and no reference number given. As I was angry at losing my benefit money on rubbish, I tried contacting the company handling their payments, whom kindly told me they would forward my request. Still no answer from SymplisIT.
Their website not only promises money back guarantee, but also tells us they won't let us down! I want my money back!
