Product was Driver Magic. I downloaded the program (to check my pc for needed drivers. The product scanned my pc and found several issues and began to fix them then all of a sudden the program stopped and said I had to purchase the product to continue. I purchase the product $24.50 (already charged to my credit card. When they sent me the regisration code and activation code... It didn't work. I have emailed the [email protected] several times about the matter with no response from them. Please help me resolve this matter.
