I ordered a tooth whitening kit on-line for 4.99 and a 1.00 for insurance, total 5.99 which was deducted from my account. My order was placed on the 9th of July and I recieved it on the 31st. Had a fourteen day trail, if I didn't want any more shipments for a total of only 88.97 every thirty days I could cancel at anytime. When my order did arrive I was not impressed so I cancelled any future shipments, to my surprise my account had already been charged the 88.97 for a shipment I never recieved. I had called the company at the number that was listed and they told me to e-mail them with any concerns and that they could not help me. What kind of company gives you a phone number to call and can't answer any of your questions? Like the man said I e-mailed them this morning and to no avail I have not heard back from them since my e-mail. This company and web site should be ashamed of how they coduct business. Shady, just shady. Don't due business with advancedbright
