I signed up for a one time trial sample of a teeth-whitening product. I paid $4.99 plus $1.00 for shipping. I did not see anywhere that this was something that needed to be canceled or joined as a club. I did read the terms, it was listed as a 1-time sample TRIAL. I recieved a packet with the trays, whitener, floss and a toothbrush from colgate. That was never listed either but was nice to get. About 3weeks later I got a charge of $89.00 posted on my bank acct. Which then overdrew my acct. Twice and I was charged 2 overdraft fees plus bouncing a few checks. I called and was told to e-mail [email protected] I'm waiting on an answer. Does colgate know that this is happening??? A company should be checked out by the BBB and made to show easily that you will be charged if you donot cancel. This is a scam!!! What else can I do??? Help!!!
