Bought XG AC-MODKIT offer # 11049 online through buy.com on 10/19 and applied for rebate on 10/22 for two rebates of $15 each, total $30.00. After two months, called the rebate center number provided on the rebate form and got an answer that rebate is valid and check will be issued on 1/12. Then waited till 1/30 and called again and got reply saying that rebate will be processed by 02/20. A
Gain waited till 03/10 and called again, got reply saying that rebate will be processed in three weeks (this time no date specific). Again waited till 4/15 and called again and got reply that rebate check has been issued and will be posted in a week. Again called after three weeks, got reply saying rebate check has been posted two days back. Till now I didn't receive rebate.
So far I might have applied more than 30 to forty rebateswith other companies, I never missed rebates. This is first time till now I didn't receive the rebate. I am not sure whether XG company really processed my rebate??? I think they are lieing.
