My son used our computer, we were billed for $359.24, supposedly for access to an Adult site. He claims that he did not use the site.
After reading the myriad of complaints written by other consumers, who knows? I just know that he never intended to create any charges, and I never authorized any charges.
We never gave our permission for any charges to be made, yet we are billed for this - even though there was no verification whether or not a legally responsible adult was entering into a contract.
There are threats on the bill that Alyon will be sending a collection agency after us.
As soon as they hire someone to do business in Colorado, I intend to sue Alyon, and its representative (the collection agency) in this state for deception, fraud, and misrepresentation. I will sue for triple damages.
The letters of other consumers bilked by this fraudulent company will be used to show the misrepresentation and fraud.
