I placed an order with this company on Jul 13. It is now Jul 27 and have not received product or any communications from company on status of product. I have sent two emails in that time requesting shipping information, but have yet to receive a response from this company.
I have started the process to get my money back from credit card company and paypal. I hope for satisfactory resolution. I am starting to understand why people are willing to pay more at a retail store. That extra you pay may be worth the savings in headache and followup I now have to do to get my money back.
I found this website based upon the phone number of this company and see that I am just one of the several people taken by the people using this phone number. The person associated with the seller account on paypal is Johnnie Wright, and may be related to the others. Other sites: safarigifts @ epier
