I ordered a pair of shoes on April 24th and still have not received them. I filed a claim with PayPal and received a "resolution" status from them stating that the seller told them (PayPal) they (Rio Shoes) had proof of shipment but I was given no information other than that. On top of it all, PayPal said it was now up to me to communicate with the seller to get my shoes and/or my money returned?!? I have tried to contact the company (Mr. Chen) four times and have never received a response and still no shoes. I hope my credit card company will be more helpful. Something needs to be done about their website. They should be shut down and monies returned to cheated customers!!
