Idiots, scam artists, and retards. That sums up V2premier. I have no beef with the hardware, my beef is with the support staff and the "retard looking" Anderson guy. Normally you see these guys at fairs selling "dice-O-matics, " in this case they are selling computers on SHOPNBC. I bought my computer in February.
Here is what the SUPPORT staff would do: I would send a detailed Email to them, (some taking 45 minutes to an hour to compose) explaining my problem. They would not reply. Then when I emailed them to ask why they didn't reply to my problem, they would send me a "Form Email" stating I would have to ask a SPECIFIC question. Can you get more specific then "Why didn't you answer my Emal?" I think not.
Most Techs are not familiar with the components of the systems they sell. That's scary. Once, I kid you not, I talked to a tech from Pakistan or India. Everything had to be phonetic. He would say "WINSOCK, " I would say "WUHH?" William-Ida-Nora-sam... Possibly this guy was their BEST tech. But to put him on the telephone is ludicrous with the inability to speak English.in all fairness, I would not be a tech on the phone in India, I think language is essential to communicate even the most trivial ideas.
To all of you thinking about a computer, steer away from SNOPNBC, or anything like it. Buy locally, you may pay more but what price do you put on "interacting with IDIOTS." I feel, if you don't have to, don't. After this experience I would never shop SHOPNBC for ANYTHING. The LIE that resonates through all these reports you see, is the false claim of helpful support staff.
