Hey!!! All you shop nbc computer owners. Viscom or v2premier owners. {whatever you want to call them}.
I have been a thorn in their ass for a month now. Look at my last posting for a phone # for the shopnbc vice president and call him. Theirs strength in numbers!!!
I will not stop harrassing them till all our problems are solved.
Please contact {clarkhoward} he's a nationwide radio broadcaster that helps people with problems like v2premier. The more calls the better!!! {i mean e-mails}
Flood chad's # {1-800-747-4178 shopnbc} and complain. You'll probably will not talk to him but ask for his voice mail and leave your message.
We are all having the same problems— crashes-reinstalls-tech support sucks-can't speak english— hardware and software ping pong match— usbports— it's the same story over and over again.
Also on consumer complaints— look for a rebuttel from one of their tech staff. It's unbeleivable!!! The tech calls us idiots and trailer trash. And also read my rebuttal to this tech. If i remember correctly it was the 3rd complaint. But look for it! You'll be astonished!!!
Let us also contact jim peterson when he's on the air and give a testimonial. Be discreet with the call screener and let him HAVE IT!!!
To be honest—this chad guy from shopnbc has not returned my phone calls for 2 weeks now. But we all should call him and leave a message—call jim peterson when he's on the air—and also e-mail clarkhoward —contact one of your local t.V. Stations and have them look at usacomplaints.com
If we sit on our chairs and look at a blank computer screen nothing will happen—get involved—report you findings on this web page. All your info will help many!!!
