Billing me for my brothers account they won't cancel it! Ripoff thieves

My Brother bought an AOL dish broadband package early 2002. He needed a credit card to activate the account. We used my Visa and opened the account. We changed the account over to my Brothers info but AOL billed my card. We called and attempted to change the info again also by going online. I was billed THREE times! Each phone call lead to another instruction on how to change the account, removal of the fee and instructions from myself on not to bill my card.

After the third time out of frustration, my Brother canceled the account or so we thought. I have gotten a Fourth bill and this time AOL will not give me information, denies any of my previous calls to them, and says I have to go online to cancel the account. I use AT&T. I can't go online to AOL with AT&T and AOL knows this and said that there was nothing that they could do. They also refused to give me info about the account because its not in my name. They will let me pay for it but won't give me info. My Brother and I are curently trying to close the account with no succces. I am speaking to an attorney this week.
