I bought some computer equipment and it didnt work, I went back to tell him and he gave me another one which crashed my pc

I bought some equipment from the store that didnt work. I went back up there to tell him that it didnt work, and he gave me another one which crashed my computer. And he refused to give me a receipt. A couple of days later i went back to see if we could work something out, and he gave me the run around. I just wanted a couple of video games but he acted like he didnt want my business. The Store is very junky. I also seen him buying food stamps from an addict in his business area.
