Looking what legal recorse is available against the fraudulent practices of Directory Exclusive. They hid very well their intentions. Can a letter even be received in Jerusalem, Israel in seven days? I find it very hard to believe that some federal agency has not persued them for fraud. Is there anyone who has dealt with Directory Exclusive in getting their account cancelled? They seem to be a very shady company.
Can someone interpret this please?

Should you fail to be represented in the applicable court, a judgment by default will be received and enforced in your local court under the regulations for jurisdiction and enforcement of judgements in civil and commercial matters of the Lugano Convention and EC Council Regulation No 44 Section 1, Article 33 and Article 36, Section 2, Article 38 and 41, at which point you would not be entitled to a hearing and would have no possible recourse to prevent such enforcement.
