I sent a fax dated March 19 to John Suthers for response. I expected a reply from John Suthers Only and not his Program Assistant Laura Burns who has no legal experience or background to respond to this legal letter as she has violated local, state, and federal laws by trying to handle John Suthers business affairs.
Ms. Laura Burns has violated federal jurisdiction in a matter of Mr. William W. Dunlap because she sent a false letter to him in regards to jurisdiction. Jurisdiction with your office is valid due to a false debt collection attempts on fraud on accounts, obstruction of Justice, Protecting the public interests in legal matters concerning rights and laws.
In violation of TITLE 10 U.S.C. 333 sections (1) and (2) Interference with State and Federal laws. The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it (1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.in any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution to Mr. William W. Dunlap.
Mr. Dunlap is not a private citizen. Mr. Dunlap is a diplomat an entitled to Geneva Convention protection and public interests an events of protected laws. An executive order protects diplomats when laws fail and protected events of protected laws fail to regulate enforcement of enacted laws and rights. Therefore this office has jurisdiction to uphold all Mr. William W. Dunlap laws and rights under there oaths or quit their job without delay!
Mr. Dunlap has exhausted all private attorneys in the United States and has exhausted his bank to retain counsel and requests that TITLE 42 U.S.C. 14141 Cause of action sections (a) and (b) to be enforced.
Mr. Dunlap requests that John Suthers immediately file a cause of action in the amount of $250,170, 263.93 a default judgment an attempt to collect a debt that is unpaid where numerous unlawful conducts occurred by government officials injustice located at the 4th Judicial District court, 270 S. Tejon St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903 without delay in violation of laws and rights secured by the U.S. Constitution and Colorado Constitution!
