Cool frames Never shipped, poor to no response to emails and phone calls

I contacted them on the 10th, they confirmed my order would be received by me by the next week at the latest. So, I placed my order with them. I purchased their fastest shipping, express, which states 2-5 days. They give short answers to emails, when they respond at all - answers which don't answer the question - which is Why aren't my glasses here and when will they come. Don't waste your money on these guys...
