I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my son, same frames, different color.in one of the pairs, the nose piece was clearly uneven. I contacted them via email. Never heard back. Then called. They never answered the phone. Finally got a response to email, but they wanted to know which pair was defective which was clearly stated in my email. I finally got a hold of a customer service rep. Connection was bad... Sounded like she was in a tunnel. I asked for a shipping label. She said she had to ask the manager and he was not in. I did this process 2 more times and followed up with emails.
I got my return approved, but no response in them covering the return shipping. Now no one answers the phone and the phone still sounds like it is in a tunnel.
What a rip off. Do not use this company! Customer Service is a Joke and quality is poor!
