Martini Interiors HELP! What should I do please? Just 1 week ago, I purchased 6 picture frames for $1,850.- from Mike of this company via credit card. He simply stole my money and hasn't sent me anything

Just over a week ago I bought 6 frames from Mike of this company for $1,850- which I paid through my credit card. The $1,850- amount included around $500- as airfreight charges for the frames to be shipped to me here in the Philippines.

To make a long story short, he received my $1,850- payment, then turned around and did nothing. He has not shipped anything whatsoever to me. First, he said it takes them a few days to pack the frames since it is an overseas shipment (hence a delay). Then he said their packing guy took a holiday and he (MIke) got sick. (Hence a further delay) Then he said he finally shipped the goods, however, could not provide the airfreight/shipping details (another further delay). I've now asked him for information on the shipping details but he couldn't give these to me. I asked him to provide which company he used to airfreight the frames (UPS, DHL, FEDEX or whoever) and he couldn't give this info either. I asked him to provide the shipment's invoice or tracking number and these again were not provided.

Finally, for 2 days now, there have been no response whatsoever from Mike or anyone in Kevane & Company to any of my emails. I've tried making overseas calls but I get an answering machine. I leave messages but get no return calls.

I am convinced Mike/Kevane & Company have not shipped anything to me, have pocketed my $1,850- payment, and are giving me the run-around. I am familiar with air-freighting and FEDEX for example leaves all the shipping details of a package when they pick up the merchandise. They also provide a tracking number per shipment quite easily and quickly.

Please, since this transaction is a recent one, is there anything I can do? It is outrageous that someone can just steal $1,850- from someone and get away with it! This guy and this company should be put away. Please, how can I get my money back? The amount charged to my credit card represents a big amount to me. I'd be truly grateful for any help. Thank you.
