I sent the package back the day after I received it. I had them sign it, June 24th they received. Took until yesterday for them to get it to accounting for refund, now it can take from 15-30 days more. They said it is a guaranteed refund, but did not say how soon after returning the papers!!! Alison is a mean, rude person, she told me if I kept calling she would make sure I would not get the refund for a year!!! Nice person, NOT!!! I had 2 other people from there call me, when I said I had returned the package for refund, they hung up on me. Just all around rude, obnoxious people... Must be something in the water in Phoenix! They did not care either if I have cancer and they took advantage of me... I will report again if I get a refund...
